Shipping is free. Orders usually leave within two business days and arrive in about three to seven business days after that. We'll email you when your order is on its way.
If you're not happy with it, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. You don't need to ship a used jar back. Refunds go to the original card and take a few business days to appear.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this site or seen by us. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
To fill your order we receive your name, email address, phone number and shipping address from Stripe. We use them to ship your order and to email you about it. We don't sell your information to anyone.
This is a cosmetic product for hair. Check the ingredient list if you have known sensitivities, and stop using it if you get irritation. It isn't a medical product and doesn't treat any condition.
